The meeting rooms are situated on the ground and lower ground floor close to the main services of the hotel. The syndicate rooms are located one on each of the bedroom floors 1-6. 3 of the main rooms benefit from natural daylight while all rooms provide the facilities expected of a 4 star hotel.

The main conference area is loacted on the lower ground floor. The Albion Room seats a maximum of 100 theatre style and boasts private bar facilities and a dance floor. The adjoining Boardroom is ideal for small meetings, or can be used as a breakout/reception area and can be accessed from the Albion or direct from the lobby. The Forster Room adjoins the Boardroom and can seat 75 theatre style and also features a dance floor. All three rooms interconnect to become an ideal venue for wedding receptions. The Esmond Room seats 30 theatre style and as with the other rooms its elegance, style and comfort make private dining an experience to remember. The Hawksmoor room is equiped to a high standard, with a contemporary style and seats 40 theatre style.

On the ground floor we have 2 meeting rooms and one room adjacent to the restaurant specifically for private dining. The elegant Thackeray room is ideal for small meetings and training seminars, seating 40 theatre style. The Fitzroy room is furnished in a contemporary style and seats 40 theatre style. The Eversley room, with contemporary style and elegant high ceilings, is accessed via the Kingsley brasserie and can cater for up to 48 dining or 75 reception.
