Thistle Marble Arch's meeting and banqueting facilities are among the best in London and offer a choice of 11 air-conditioned conference suites and 7 syndicate rooms. The largest, the Edinburgh Suite, can seat up to 300 delegates for a theatre style conference or 240 for a dinner dance. This suite can also be divided into two separate rooms, each with its own entrance offering the facility of adjoining meeting and lunch rooms.

The Hyde Park Suite can seat up to 275 guests theatre style and 210 for dinner and has both a stage and a separate sound projection booth.

The other conference suites can accommodate between 20 and 75 guests theatre style. The syndicate rooms are ideal for small meetings or interviews for up to 10 people.

All the meeting rooms have state-of-the-art audio visual facilities including satellite and video conferencing. Video conferencing facilities require 48 hours minimum notice.
