The Concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, located by the hotel's main entrance in the lobby. It offers porterage, luggage store, car hire, taxi bookings and general information. Theatre tickets and sightseeing tours can also be booked through the concierge between 7:30am and 7:00pm.

Iron & Ironing boards can be obtained from Housekeeping. Dry Cleaning can also be arranged by Housekeeping.
